What happens if I need to reschedule?We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new time that works for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so that we can readjust your assigned cleaner's schedule accordingly.

Can you send me more than 1 cleaner at one time?In certain cases, we could send more than 1 cleaner to your home. This will depend on the size of your property and the scope of the cleaning services you require. If you have a large home or require longer cleaning services, we may recommend having 2 cleaners to ensure the job is completed efficiently and effectively. If you have specific requirements or preferences, please let us know when you book your cleaning appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment?Yes, we highly recommend for you to provide your own cleaning equipment so that we can ensure that we are using the products that you prefer in your home and for hygiene purposes. However, we can also provide cleaning equipment for an additional fee. If you have any questions about what cleaning equipment or supplies you need to provide, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I need to cancel my booking?We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please give us at least 2 days notice so we can readjust the schedule for your assigned cleaner.
